This 1982 ranch-style house in Florida, situated near Cape Coral, features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, encompassing a total living space of 2,416 square feet. The property’s prime location right on the water adds to its appeal.
However, the Cape Coral house suffered irreparable damage during the devastating category 4 Hurricane Ian in 2022. The storm brought an overwhelming storm surge to the area, with levels exceeding 10 feet in some places and reaching up to 18 feet in others. Due to the extensive damage, the house is slated for demolition. As of February 2024, the lot on which the house stands is currently on the market for sale.
